I look at yoga as a whole philosophy that can improve your life, physical, emotional and mental state of being.

I discovered Yoga a few years ago whilst facing stress and challenges in my own busy life. Yoga helped me to slow down, relax and find balance. It helps not only the body but also the mind.

After experiencing the benefits firsthand I wanted to understand more about how and why it had such a powerful effect. I started a Yoga Teacher Training course at De Nieuwe Yogaschool in Amsterdam and became a registered Yoga Teacher.

Since then my passion has only grown, I continue to follow advanced teacher training programs. Come to experience what Yoga can offer you during a private lesson, my lessons at Yoga studios, gyms, companies or during my Yoga retreats.
